Our human experience can be a frustrating thing to accept and understand. We are constantly challenged by the unavoidable circumstances that we never signed up for when born into our vessel. Stereotypes, consent, power dynamics, perception and identity are issues we face in our individual ways.

Onism was a one-night-only exhibition curated by Sarah Dinh and Spot Willows. Audiences were invited to connect and look within, in a safe and open environment. Together, let’s listen and celebrate the spirits of one another.

Onism showed over 20+ works by local emerging artists, following the theme of Onism. On this night, the room was filled with contemplative music followed by an introduction to Onism by Thomas Harrison. Sarah Dinh then hosted an artist interview featuring Warwick Gow, Clo Love and Bowie D.
